If you are pregnant or nursing, DO NOT USE DIVINORUM.
If you have a significant health or mental problem, or are taking prescription medication; it is advised that you consult a licensed health care professional before taking Divinorum No.9.
PROLONGED USE
There is no evidence to suggest that repetitive and/or long-term use of Divinorum No.9, or any of it’s botanical ingredients, causes harm of any kind as a result of prolonged exposure.
However…
As with any herbal aide of this sort, Divinorum is intended to function as a form of training wheels, and is not meant to be permanently relied upon for successful dreamwork.
The idea is that Divinorum is a tool to help you learn to ease yourself into the lucid dreaming state, and that once you have familiarized yourself with that state, and the passage into it, you will eventually understand how to make that passage naturally; on your own.
There always comes the time when the student no longer needs the teacher.
At some point, you will realize that it’s you who has been doing the work all along.
ETHICAL CAUTIONS
First and foremost, it is advised that you pursue lucidity in dreams for the right reasons.
We live in a society addicted to instant gratification and quick thrills.
Extending that addiction to your dream life could potentially contaminate a process that keeps you balanced, healthy and sane.
There is a possibility that forcing yourself toward lucid dreams could interfere with your normal dream process.
If you choose to experiment, it is recommended that you do so periodically rather than constantly.
It is advised that Divinorum be taken consecutively for no more than 3-4 nights per week, allowing equal time for natural dreaming.
Always allow yourself plenty of time for "unstructured" dreaming.
If you remember your dreams, listen to them, and record them you will be almost guaranteed to have lucid dream experiences.
